Volleyball

With its emphasis on teamwork, communication, and working together, volleyball offers many desirable life skills and benefits to its participants. Adults play on Unified Volleyball teams which are composed of a proportional number of players with and without intellectual disabilities. Students play on Special Olympics volleyball teams and represent their schools. Throughout the years, the Chesapeake Region Volleyball Association has generously supported the Special Olympics D.C. volleyball program.
